1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not make a booking.

2. Reservations & Payment

All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. We accept cash (USD or CRC), bank transfer, and Sinpe Móvil.

3. Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours before: Full refund.
Less than 48 hours before: 50% refund.
No-show: No refund.
Weather cancellation by us: Full refund or free rescheduling.

4. Health & Safety

Participants must be in good physical condition for the activities booked. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for safety reasons. All guides are certified and follow national park regulations.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during tours. Participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks that participants accept voluntarily.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify tour routes or activities when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer the best possible alternative.
